The registered owner of the domain name remains the legal owner.

10. Although copyright remains with web-sites4.eu the website coding is available to the client at any time and will be forwarded upon request. This will enable you to transfer to a different host should you wish. However, this is subject to no fees being outstanding to web-sites4.eu at the time.

11. You can earn yourself a 10% commission on any introduction that you make to web-sites4.eu (commission payment calculated upon agreed design price with client and subject to client payment being received).

12. Having your own website does not mean your site wil automatically appear in search engines. I will be happy to advise you on this issue although web-sites4.eu has no control over this aspect.

13. When fees fall due for payment to web-sites4.eu an invoice will be sent by email requesting payment. If payment is not received within 30 days a reminder will be sent requesting payment within the next 14 days or the website will be deactivated. Following this a final reminder will be sent requesting the outstanding payment and a further 14 days will be allowed. If, after this time, no payment is received the website will be removed and all files deleted. To re-instate a website after this will result in the full costs of a new website becoming payable in advance. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that their email addresses are up to date.
